CAN I RETURN/EXCHANGE PRODUCT:

Yes, you can return/exchange your purchased product within 10 days from the day you have received delivery with original condition and box. Your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Only unused products will be eligible for return within 10 days from the date of receipt. You have to return the product via courier. No return/refund/replacement on SALE products. For any query, you have to call us OR mail on chakhdi1@gmail.com within 10 days of receipt of delivery with the product snaps. Please mention your order number, date of purchase, and mode of payment. For exchange and return confirmation, kindly mail us on chakhdi1@gmail.com within 10 days after receiving delivery. After that, it will not be accepted. Replacement, if available, will be couriered to you OR a credit note will be available for unhampered products. CHAKHDI will bear the cost of transferring back the product if there is any mistake from our end; else, you will have to bear the cost of shipping charges.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER AFTER SHIPPING?

As your order shipped from our side, we are unable to cancel the order. To cancel the product, you need to initiate it within 6 hours of placing the order.

HOW CAN I GET MY CREDIT?

We will add credit to your mode of payment account within 48 working hours after receiving our goods.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

If we find in our Quality Check Department that the product is worn or used, then we will not provide any credit amount against that product, and no extra charges will be borne by us. Changes in size or any other alteration after placing an order must be emailed to chakhdi1@gmail.com within 6 hours of placing the order. If the products are not liked by the customer, then the customer can return the products back within 10 days of receiving the goods. In this case, to-and-fro charges will be borne by the customer.
